I wrote a piece for the Point about a Texas courtroom, a $475-an-hour expert witness, and what happened when his ChatGPT prompts became discoverable. For the moment we can still read the brief behind a commissioned report, and it says what everyone always suspected it said. I wouldn’t expect that window to stay open.
